Our Policy Regarding Unpaid Balances:
If your balance remains unpaid after 75 days, a $35 fee will be added to your account balance and will automatically be processed using your credit card on file. If you do not have a credit card on file (CCOF) or CCOF non-working/rejected and fail to pay your balance after 75 days, then any unpaid balance will be considered delinquent, turned over to Aargon collection agency and assessed an additional $50 processing fee. All past due balances are required to be paid in full before new services are rendered. Failure to pay bills may result in your appointment being rescheduled or dismissal from the practice.
